Very clean hotel in a lovely building with an amazingly helpful staff that make you feel at home. Close to everything really, 3 min for a subway station, not even 10 min walk to Central Park, with lots of shops and places to eat around. Would absolutely recommend as it was great value for money.

I would not recommend this hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was ok if you wanted to wait in a line to order it for 30 minutes and then wait another 15 minutes for it to be cooked - no healthy options at all, no fruit, or cereal. the hotel carpets were filthy and looked like they needed to be replaced. the location was terrible and not close to anything at all apart from a very large park.

The beds are very comfortable.
The beds are very comfortable. The tv size and convenience of mini fridge and microwave is nice. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The negatives: access to hotel parking lot can be a liability and or cause a fatal accident. Desk staff need training on greeting customers with their attention and not carry on about other work stuff in front of a customer. Kept getting billed over agreed amount which is very concerning. Made several transactions when should just been 1. What is that about really?

Was bad experience with this hotel no transportation no bus no any thing around we just asked the lady in the reception to cancel she say no you have to pay for 4 nights and we pay her but we could cancel before we pay and she say you have to pay now and later ask the manager for cancellation she was so mean they night shift guy was nice he say you can cancel any time . And we cancelled we just went to Hampton inn in Teaneck was awesome.

He makes different rules every day and it’s nothing consistent at all. The hotel manager should not be mentally abusing the customers.
